Arsen Miliutin to speak at the 2nd Annual Litigation Forum

On April 18, 2014 in Kiev Yuridicheskaya Practika Publishing in cooperation with the Supreme Court of Ukraine organizes the 2nd Annual Litigation Forum. The event will take place at the venue of the Supreme Court of Ukraine.

 Arsen Miliutin, Senior Associate of Tax and Customs Disputes Practice at EPAM in Ukraine, will deliver a report entitled “Tax Disputes before the European Court of Human Rights: expediency and opportunities” during the session, focusing on the administrative process.

 The participants will discuss the following issues:

• peculiarities of litigation under the new Tax Code;
• reconsideration of the decisions on criminal cases by the Supreme Court of Ukraine; problematic issues;
• securing obligations: new tendencies in judicial practice;
• problematic issues in administrative proceedings;
• implementation of European standards into Ukrainian commercial court proceedings.

Among the participants and speakers of the Forum - judges of the Supreme Court, high courts with specialized jurisdiction, courts of appeal and local courts, lawyers, attorneys and prosecutors.
