Sergiy Grebenyuk to speak at the 7th Annual In-house Counsel Conference
Oleg Boichuk and Sergiy Grebenyuk, Counsel of EPAM Ukraine, will participate in the 7th UBA Annual In-house Counsel Conference, which will be held on 25 April, 2014 in Kyiv.
Key topics to be discussed during the conference:
- effective communication: effective negotiation skills for in-house lawyers;
- labour market in Ukraine facing new challenges; selection of qualified specialists;
- tax authorities investigations in 2014;
- copyright and business activity;
- effective cooperation with the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine;
- criminal proceedings as a follow-up of tax audit report: ways to minimize negative consequences.
Sergiy Grebenyuk will deliver his presentation on the topic: “Key issues on cooperation with law enforcement authorities” during the workshop devoted to new Criminal Code.
