He represents the interests of the largest Ukrainian and foreign companies, and his practical experience includes high-profile court cases.
Mr. Reznikov has extensive experience in Ukrainian litigation, commercial, civil and electoral law, as well as in the field of privatization and securities, and protection from hostile takeovers (including corporate raids). He specializes in the resolution of disputes with tax, customs and other state authorities. His experience includes protection of clients in the Supreme Court of Ukraine, Supreme Economic Courtand Higher Administrative Court of Ukraine.
He participated in the following cases, winning broad public resonance: representation and defense of interests of the President of Ukraine of then presidential candidate in the Supreme Court of Ukraine; disputes on Krivorizhstal and Nikopol Ferroalloy Plant; protection of interests of Russian company MTS; defense of interests of CJSC "Gaztranzit" and representing the interests of Damen Shipyards in the courts.
Mr. Reznikov also represented Boris Fuchsmann and Oleksandr Rodnyansky in the sale of their shares in Studio 1+1 Group to Central European Media Enterprises (CME).
He is graduate of Ivan Franko National University of Lviv in 1991. He admitted to Ukrainian Bar since1994. InJuly 2006 Mr. Reznikov was awarded the title of Honored Lawyer of Ukraine by a Decree of the President of Ukraine.

Oleksii Reznikov regularly conducts numerous master classes for the students of Ukrainian universities and young practicing lawyers, such as master-classes on advocacy and litigation topical issues in Kyiv-MohylaAcademy and International SolomonUniversity. He has also an extensive experience in conducting master-classes for Belarusian lawyers in terms of the mutual project with the publication “International and Commercial Law”.

He is also an active participant in the development and improvement of the national legal system and is a member of several public boards, such as:

- the Ukrainian Bar Association, where he is a Vice-President of the Board.
In addition, he is a former member of the Supervisory Board of Oshchadbank OJSC. In May 2008 Oleksii Reznikov was elected a Deputy of the Kyiv City Council. Mr. Reznikov is a member of the Standing Kyiv Council Commission for the Rule of Law, Regulations and Parliamentary Ethics. A member of the Kyiv City Qualification and Disciplinary Bar Commission.
