Taras Rabko joined the Firm's Moscow office as Senior Associate in 2006 and became a partner in 2011. He specializes in competition law, drafting of laws, government relations and constitutional legal proceedings.

From 2006 until 2007 Taras acted as Vice Chief of Staff at the Supreme Arbitrazh Court of the Russian Federation. Prior to that, he worked at the Law Department of St. Petersburg State University.

Since 2007 Taras has been a vice-dean of the Department of Law at the Higher School of Economics and an associate professor at the chair of the Federal Antimonopoly Service. He is a member of the Academic Board at the Federal Antimonopoly Service and a member of the non-commercial partnership Promotion of Competition.

Taras qualified as a lawyer in 1996 after graduating with a degree in Law from the Law Department of the Tver State University. In 2000 he successfully completed postgraduate studies at the Law Department of St. Petersburg State University with a thesis on "Procuracy's Supervision over Compliance of Legal Regulations Issued by Representative (Legislative) Public Authorities in the Constituent Entities of the Russian Federation with Statutory Law".

Taras is a member of the Moscow City Bar Association.
