Vladimir Didenko's main areas of expertise include tax planning in the course of investment, restructuring and business transactions (mainly cross-border), tax diligence and tax diagnostics review, advice on general tax matters in respect of direct and indirect taxes, personal income tax and other payroll taxes.

 In addition to solid and versatile knowledge of law and business accumulated during years of his consultant career,Vladimir has particular experience in the following areas of tax planning: foreign company's permanent establishment; applications of international tax treaties; intra-group transactions including cross-border financing, services and transfer pricing planning; VAT and other indirect taxes; leasing and real estate transactions.

 Prior to joining the Firm in March 2008, Vladimir used to work for over 15 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers Ukraine (Senior Manager/Director in the Tax and Legal Services department), where he gained wide experience of resolving complex issues for international and local clients and participated in number of high profile assignments.

Mr. Didenko has degree in economic (with honours) from Kyiv Institute of National Economy, 1983.
