In 2003, EPA&P founded a Strategic Communication Department. The Department is specialized in providing the full informational support for major corporate conflicts in Russia and abroad, as well as PR support for commercial activity of the firm’s clients.
The Strategic Communication Department offers the full spectrum of services in the field of public relations, including planning, realization and results analysis. Among the services provided by EPA&P’s Strategic Communication Department specialists, are: arranging meetings with the mass media; providing informational and organizational support for press-conferences and other mass media briefings, distribution of clients’ informational materials; developing relations with specialists to assist clients; explanations for journalists about juridical nuances and particular legal actions; media monitoring and sentiment analysis of clients’ mentions in the mass media.
Department specialists also provide support to EPA&P clients in questions of positioning and reputation management, helping the firm to achieve success for clients in court proceedings.
