| Dmitry Stepanov to Speak at IPO – 2010 |

Dmitry Stepanov, a partner at Egorov, Puginsky, Afanasiev & Partners attended the IPO – 2010 conference, organised by Cbonds Information Agency in collaboration with MICEX.
The Conference was held on 10 June 2010 at the National hotel in Moscow and was attended by representatives of every group of IPO/SPO market players.
During the Conference, which has become one of the key events for discussing the Russian IPO market trends and directions, the experts also reviewed other topics, such as the potential for an IPO for companies with small and medium market capitalisation, stock exchange selection issues and jurisdiction.
Dmitry Stepanov gave a speech on Moving Eastwards: Russian IPOs in Hong Kong at The Global Environment and Russian IPO session.
