St. Petersburg, June 21, 2010 – Egorov Puginsky Afanasiev & Partners together with Hong Kong Stock Exchange today conducted a joint seminar on the Russian companies’ entry into Asian capital markets. The presentation was attended by Lawrence Fok, Executive Vice President and Head of HKEx Issuer Marketing Division, as well as Alexey Andrusenko and Vladimir Lobastov, lawyers from Egorov Puginsky Afanasiev & Partners. The organizational support to the event was provided by St. Petersburg Property Fund, Russo-British Chamber of Commerce, and Delovaya Rossiya, a Russian national charity, whilst the Vedomosti newspaper was the event’s media partner.
