• Russian arbitration courts and courts of law (extensive experience in major litigation matters required)
• Foreign courts and international commercial arbitration (US/UK degree and overseas experience required)
• M&A/Corporate (US/UK degree and overseas experience required)
• Privatization, PPPs, antitrust regulations, taxes (civil service experience required)
• Criminal law and procedure (judiciary, law-enforcement, or civil service experience required)
• Intellectual property, real estate, banking and finance (business experience required)

We also welcome junior lawyers – recent graduates of top Russian law schools (additional degree in US/UK is a major plus).
