In 2004 The Council of the Russian Federal Bar Association awarded Dmitry Afanasiev, Managing Partner of “Egorov, Puginsky, Afanasiev and Partners”, the Order of “Fidelity to a Lawyer’s Duty”. Ilya Nikiforov, managing partner of EPA&P St.Petersburg office, was given the Diploma “For Successes in Commercial Law”.

In December 2008 for advising the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation in the proceedings in the International Court of Justice on the case initiated by Georgia against Russia on the implementation of the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination, Egorov Puginsky Afanasiev & Partners was honored with the Letter of Commendation from the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov.
